Patient Check-in: Our patients never wait in our reception area, but are instructed at their first appointment to check-in, and seat themselves in our waiting area. We know your time is valuable and it will never be spent waiting for you or your child's adjustment appointment. We also recommend that you brush before your appointment.

Patient Check-out: At the time of check-out each patient will receive an appointment card as a reminder for their next appointment.

Follow-up phone calls: We routinely call our patients after key appointments just to ensure you or your child is doing well and let you know that we do truly care about your experience with our office.

Commitment to Communication: We are committed to keeping you informed and make a conscious effort at every appointment to briefly update you on treatment and if it is progressing according to schedule.

Video Games: We have video games to help our patients enjoy their visit. Toys, books and magazines are also available for your enjoyment.

Colour, Colour, Colour: We have an array of coloured elastics, so you can experiment with a new look at each adjustment appointment.

Retainers: An array of colours and styles are offered to each patient at the end of your Orthodontic treatment.
